DAYTON Traffic tickets were down across Ohio in 2009 compared to 2008, but they dropped by a larger margin in the Dayton area, a Dayton Daily News analysis of Ohio Supreme Court data has found.Total traffic cases in the county and municipal courts in the eight-county region were down by almost 25,000 or 12.7 percent, compared to a 7.2 percent drop statewide.
